WriteLog for NS

Two alternatives:

1. Install the NS contest module by K0PC (Thanks, Pat!), or
2. Setup for the Internet Sprint contest.  KH6 will not be recognized as a multiplier, but in the rare cases where you work KH6, you can manually adjust your score before submitting.  (If someone knows how to add KH6 as a mult, please contact N6ZFO ).
